Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of enrollment to request a refund for your Spanish course purchase. This return period is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which provides statutory guarantees that cannot be excluded.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of enrollment
- Less than 25% of the course content has been accessed
- The course has not been completed
- The refund request is submitted in writing through our contact form or email
These conditions do not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If our services fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to remedies regardless of these conditions.
Return Shipping Costs
As our Spanish courses are digital products delivered online, there are no physical products to return and no shipping costs associated with returns or refunds. All course materials are accessed digitally through our online platform.
Return Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via email or our contact form with your refund request
- Provide your enrollment details, including your name, email address, and course name
- State the reason for your refund request
- We will review your request and verify your eligibility
- If approved, we will process your refund within 10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing, depending on your financial institution.
Non-Returnable Items
Refunds are generally not available for:
- Courses where more than 25% of the content has been accessed
- Courses purchased more than 30 days ago (unless required by Australian Consumer Law)
- Courses that have been completed
- Promotional or discounted courses with different refund terms specified at purchase
- Certificates of completion that have been issued
These restrictions do not apply if our services fail to meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law, in which case you may be entitled to remedies including refund, replacement, or compensation.
General Legal Requirements
This Return Policy operates in conjunction with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) contained in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). The ACL provides statutory consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified:
- Services must be provided with due care and skill
- Services must be fit for their intended purpose
- Services must be provided within a reasonable time
- Services must match descriptions and samples
If our services fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to remedies including:
- Refund of the purchase price
- Replacement or re-supply of services
- Compensation for damages or loss
- Repair or correction of services
This Return Policy does not limit or exclude your rights under the ACL. If there is any inconsistency between this policy and your rights under the ACL, your ACL rights will prevail.
Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your course enrollment and request a refund:
- Within 30 days of enrollment, provided less than 25% of course content has been accessed
- At any time if our services fail to meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law
- If you have not yet accessed the course materials
To cancel your enrollment, contact us using the information provided in the Contact Information section. Upon cancellation and refund approval, your access to the course will be terminated immediately.
Refund Procedure
Our refund procedure is as follows:
- Submit a written refund request with your enrollment details
- We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days
- We will review your request and verify eligibility within 5 business days
- If approved, we will process the refund within 10 business days
- You will receive confirmation once the refund has been processed
- The refund will appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, please contact us to arrange an alternative refund method.
Course Access After Refund
Upon approval of a refund, your access to the course materials will be immediately terminated. You will no longer be able to access any course content, downloadable materials, or certificates associated with the refunded course. Any progress or completion records will be removed from your account.
Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties accessing our Spanish courses, please contact our support team before requesting a refund. We are committed to resolving technical issues and ensuring you can access your purchased courses. Our technical support team will work with you to resolve any access problems. Refunds will only be considered if technical issues cannot be resolved after reasonable attempts to provide support.
Change of Mind
We understand that sometimes a course may not meet your expectations. If you change your mind about your Spanish course purchase and meet the refund eligibility criteria outlined in this policy, we will process your refund request promptly. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want to ensure you have a positive learning experience.
